Knife Care & Sharpening

Treat your knives well, and they’ll love you back!

We recommend not putting any fine cutlery in the dishwasher.

Don’t soak them in water, wash them after each use.

Just wash in hot water and soap with a non-abrasive sponge. Immediately towel dry.

Do not cut bone with your Chef's Knife, this is how people "chip" their blade and damage it. Instead just buy an inexpensive cleaver to do the job.
